Product Support

What used to be called "annual maintenance" is now calling Bronze Product Support, and is still contracted on an annual basis includes:

Technical assistance via telephone or e-mail between 8 am and 8 pm EST (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday
Product Updates - minimum of one per year.
 
Premier Support Program
 
There are Premier Support programs available for DataMart and UDASynch Solutions, as well as for Enhanced product support.
 
The customer will have priority response to technical support queries and professional services personnel. The result of which will be a deeper knowledge of the customer site enabling MB Foster to play an active roll in the implementation, tuning and support of the Solution.
