| Birket Foster started his career
selling software solutions that enabled
large enterprise customers such as
Exxon, GM, Noranda, Bose, Wellington
Management, Bombardier, Mass Mutual,
American Airlines, Weyerhaeuser, Kodak,
Xerox, Proctor & Gamble, 3M, and
Boeing to obtain access to their application
information. Mr. Foster has led MB
Foster through over thirty years of
growth and numerous successes, including
MB Foster being awarded the HP 3000
Contributor Award from HP. Mr. Foster
is involved with his personal and
professional community as Chairman
or Director of such diverse organizations
as Rotary, OpenMPE, Storm Internet,
and Friends in Sport Fishing. |

| George Marcinek has twenty-five
years of progressively more challenging
responsibilities in the private and
public sectors. Mr. Marcinek has led
multi-million dollar projects at organizations
as diverse as JetForm, National Capital
Commission, GeoVision Systems, and
Cognos. His areas of expertise include
strategic planning, business re-engineering,
product design and delivery, team
building, and management of multi-million
dollar services and research and development
projects. |

| Dick Hall's expertise lies in financial
management, analysis, budgeting, planning
and reporting in the technology industry.
He has managed solid relationships
with business community partners and
has been instrumental in the management
of finance and administration at MB
Foster. Dick has held a variety of
senior financial positions including
but not limited to Comptroller, CFO
and VP, Finance and Administration
in technology organizations such as
Leigh Instruments Limited, Lumonics
Inc., and Canadian Fractionation Corporation. |
