MB Foster wants its customers to achieve the best possible return on their investment in our solutions. We believe that outstanding software products are the first step.
 

Our annual product maintenance - now called Bronze Customer Support includes:

Technical assistance via telephone or e-mail between 8 am and 8 pm EST Monday to Friday
Product Updates - minimum of one per year.
 
Premier Support Program
 
There are Premier Support programs available for DataMart and UDASynch Solutions, as well as Enhanced product support.
 
The customer will have priority response to technical support queries and professional services personnel. The result of which will be a deeper knowledge of the customer site enabling MB Foster to play an active roll in the implementation, tuning and support of the Solution.
