The customer will have priority response to technical support queries and professional services personnel. The result of which will be a deeper knowledge of the customer site enabling MB Foster to play an active roll in product implementation, tuning and support. The following additional items are also included:
 
Silver
  1. Telephone support for product related issues extended to 5x12 - 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
  2. One 2-day site visit per year - days are consumable within the year and cannot be carried over. Customer is responsible for travel and living expenses.
  3. Priority call / email handing: 15 minutes during normal working hours and within ½ hour after 5 pm, 1 hour on holidays.
  4. 10% discount applied to the purchase of new modules or products.
  5. 25% discount on training/consulting services.
  6. Priority Product releases.
  7. Product updates included.
Gold
  1. Telephone support for product related issues extended to 7x12 (Mon-Mon - 8 to 8)
  2. Two 2-day site visits per year. Days are consumable within the year and cannot be carried over. The customer is responsible for travel and living expenses.
  3. Priority call / email handing: 15 minutes during normal working hours and within ½ hour after 5 pm, 1 hour on evenings, weekends and holidays.
  4. 20% discount applied to the purchase of new modules or products.
  5. 25% discount on training/consulting.
  6. Priority Product releases.
  7. Product updates included.
Platinum
  1. Telephone support for product related issues on a 7x 24 basis.
  2. Two 3-day site visits per year. Days are consumable within the year and cannot be carried over. The customer is responsible for travel and living expenses.
  3. One 3 day customer visit to MB Foster Corporate Offices. Days are consumable within the year and cannot be carried over. The customer is responsible for their own travel expenses.
  4. Priority call / email handing: 15 minutes during normal working hours and within ½ hour after 8 pm, 1 hour on weekends and holidays.
  5. 25% discount applied to the purchase of new modules or products.
  6. 25% discount on training/consulting.
  7. Priority Product release.
  8. Product updates included.
