to ensure that any tasks that change will
go through an appropriate process which
takes into account the impact on the project
team and schedule. As part of the MB Foster
project communications plan, the project
manager meets regularly with the stakeholders
to keep them abreast of the project progress
and to get any issues, and change requests
dealt with. Items not required immediately
are documented and deferred until after
the project completes. If the change is
deemed necessary, a change request is developed
to recognize the required changes in schedule,
resources and if required the budget. This
